Squad Dynamics Manager is a web-based club management solution that allows rugby clubs to manage a wide range of aspects of their club, including player information, availability, selection, communications, statistics.

The platform has been developed in conjunction with our Member Clubs over a number of years, initially as a way of sharing player information and then to address the challenges of managing modern day Rugby Clubs.

The service uses e-mail, text message and social media integration to communicate with players and other members of the club. In addition to the management system, there is a Player’s Portal, where players are able to update their information and availability, send messages, view selection & playing information updates and more.

Launched in Autumn 2017, Squad Dynamics is powering a new UK-wide fixture exchange, www.therugbyexchange.co.uk!

Clubs wishing to find opposition are able to list their team’s availability and search for fixtures they may wish to play.

When a fixture is added to the system it becomes available for anyone to see online and is shared via Social Media for maximum exposure.

The service handles communication between the parties until a fixture is agreed in principle, at which point the contact information will be exchanged.

In addition to the fixture exchange functionality, users are able to find and view information about clubs and record their own results, should they wish to do so.
